FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ON PRE-REGISTRATION EXAMINATIONS

Question: The link to the google application form isn't opening

Answer: First, an applicant must have a Gmail account and be logged in. Second, if the link does not open when clicked, copy and paste the link into the URL section of the browser and press enter. You can also right-click on the link and select “copy link”, paste it on the URL section and press enter. This shall take you to the online application page. 

Question: The amount to be paid on E-Citizen says amount of Nine Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty, yet the Notice shows One Thousand and Fifty.

Answer: Kindly note that the notice states one must pay for Application fees for KVB services first. This has the amount of one thousand and fifty (Kshs. 1,050) listed as the fees. Only after an applicant has been instructed by KVB should he/she pay for Registration of Examination Candidates Fees which is listed as Nine Thousand, Five Hundred and Fifity shillings (Kshs. 9,550).
