PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO VSVP ACT, CAP 366 AND VSVP REGULATIONS
The proposed amendments to the Act and Regulations were subjected to stakeholders’ sensitizations in Mombasa, Kiambu and Nakuru. The amendments were also uploaded on KVB website.
Consequently, several inputs were received through hard copies and e-mails, these were considered by the Board and the adopted inputs were incorporated in the draft document(s) that are available on the KVB website.
The Board requests that stakeholders scrutinize the documents in preparation for validation in the National Stakeholders Forum to be held early in January 2018. Inputs for consideration can also be dropped at the KVB office or sent through KVB e-mail by 12th January 2018.

2. Download Oath: »(Veterinary Surgeons Oath)

3. Fill, Scan and Submit duly completed Form 40, Oath, copy of academic certificate on-line (internship@kenyavetboard.or.ke) or by hand delivery at the KVB office for processing
4. Application Fees:
Veterinary Medicine graduates Ksh 1000
Animal Health and Production graduates (Degree, Diploma and Certificate) Ksh 500
5. Payment options: Cash at the KVB office or Paybill No. 787888: Use National Identification Card No. as Account number
6. Apply for Internship to the DVS

NEW REGISTRATION
Applicants should bring original certificates (Academic, Professional and National I. D. Card) to the Board offices. It has been decided that verification and certification of certificates will be done by Kenya Veterinary Board Registration Officers at Kabete. The County Directors of Veterinary Services and Sub County Veterinary Officers are advised not to certify the certificates for the applicants anymore.
